Today’s Tony Snow Moment

White House press secretary Tony Snow, from today’s press gaggle:

There’s an interesting little detail which I got at both sites. The people in New York said, the weather has been exactly the same every September 11th since September 11th, 2001; and the people at Shanksville said the same thing, the same kind of weather conditions have prevailed each year since. I don’t know what you make of it, but it’s one thing that people took pains to mention.

    Hey Tony ,

Regarding the Vice President’s appearance on Meet the Press, Ariana Huffington has this to say.

Do you care to comment ?

Given his sunny assessment (loved that his response to the Iraqi prime minister visiting Iran was a chipper, “It’s a neighbor.”), if the VP had had more time he might have added that completing the mission in Iraq would include purple unicorns taking sips from the Euphrates, and Sunnis and Shiites flying hand-in-hand down the streets of Baghdad on magic carpets on their way to that happiest place on earth, Disney Fallujah.
