    A Quick Poll:

Who do you think has more bottles of hair care product in their shower?

    John Edwards or Paris Hilton?

John Edwards - the new face of metrosexuality.

I figures this little faggot would be on the cover of a woman’s magazine geared for so-called men. I feel so much safer knowing he wants to be my president (please note extreme sarcasm).

btw - by calling him a faggot was not an intended slur against gay men who actually own their testicles. John Edward’s wife is in possession of his.

I trust that Ann Coulter referred to this pansy as a “faggot” not in the homosexual sense, because who really care and he’s married and has some kids, but more in the pansy sense that I have expressed, and this fag-mag cover seems to bring that out nicely.

That said, he is going with the Total BrokeButt Cowboy look in this shot, and it should sell well on Halsted Street in Chicago…

I can’t imagine my husband, sexy guy he is, using hair products beyond shampoo or reading Men’s Vogue - or even noticing the mag exists. (why don’t they just say its the mag for girley men?) There are two Americas but they have less to do with money and more to do with hormones. I have a fixed male cat who could teach Edwards what being a masculine is really about - lets face it liberalism is all about emotions, saying the right words (political correctness) and outward appearances - politically, Edwards and the rest of his party has the intellectual depth of daffy duck!
Note : Paris Hilton has more hair products but Edwards worries more about his appearance!

Not for nothing, but ‘Adonis’ just got defined downward.

    Hey Folks,

I wanted to chime in and let you know that I am a conservative gay Republican, and I am neither offended by Ann Coulter’s reference to Edwards as a “faggot,” nor confused about its intended meaning and application. The term “faggot” is used consistently by me and my Republican AND Democrat friends to describe a useless, uninformed pansy whose purpose in the world is limited to frivolous pursuits and the outraged vocalization of their victimization when those pursuits aren’t relentlessly celebrated and subsidized by our government. The term is rooted in sexual orientation but certainly has broader application than just to gay men. The gay lobby’s attempt to equate the word with the “N” word is just disingenuine hysterics, and anyone that has bothered to read Coulter’s books and columns knows that she has no issue with gays (or for that matter with any individual that wishes to live his or her life free of government intervention or endorsement).

I just wish gay Americans could get past the hysterics to see the real threats to our freedom and the reasons that Edwards MUST NOT have any role in leading our government during these perilous times. I am still haunted by a chilling statement Edwards cavalierly made in the debate of the Democratic candidadtes for President in early June. When discussing the situation in Darfur, Edwards said, “America no longer has the moral authority to lead in the world.” The other candidates all agreed with this statement. This means that Edwards and the other candidates see the most free, most prosperous and most benevolent nation in recorded history as morally equivalent with nations that sponsor acts of terror involving children and innocents. If these candidates see no difference between the U.S. and Iran, Pakistan and other sponsors of terror, how can we possibly expect them to confront such evil and defeat it? No, if one of these “faggots” is elected, we are in for an unthinkable period of appeasement during which evil, murderous regimes will fester and grow, just as they did during the presidencies of Carter and Clinton.

Me and my partner are two gay Americans who are committed to ensuring that it doesn’t happen.

    Thanks, Katherine!

And if I lived in Dallas, I’d take you up on it. (Vegetarianism is for “faggots.”)

Nothing says “authentic” quite like a newly purchased Carhartt jacket.

Now that I look closer at the cover, I’m seeing just what an absurd and pathetic PR misfire this is. What does he lead off with? You guessed it: “his wife’s battle with cancer.” Number 2: “Taking on the Terrorists”?! What terrorists? This guy doesn’t even believe there’s a War On Terror, and if there is one, the U.S. has “no moral authority” to fight it. And finally, “his surge in the polls”? As what? The biggest douchebag? Some polls have him in single digits (none have him over 12%), and most have him trailing Gore who hasn’t even declared an intention to run!

I could continue picking this apart for hours, but I’m really not in the mood to deal with an angry call from Elizabeth.

I’m just wondering why there isn’t a shotgun to go along with the rest of the hunting look — maybe they were afraid the dog would use it in a bizarre murder-suicide….
