					<description>Actually, this isn't that surprising, since it was very easy for me to think of some Nobel Peace Prize winners (Henry Kissinger for one, and I think Theodore Roosevelt also got the prize) who were advocates of &quot;peace through strength.&quot; Even before Poland was invaded in 1939, I doubt that anyone was clamoring to give the Peace Prize to Neville Chamberlain (I could be wrong on this, however).

What I don't follow, however, is the following - even if you are a believer that the global warming science is complete and accurate, how does this relate to a PEACE prize? If Gore is deserving of a Peace Prize, then so are Bill Gates, David Beckham, and the Foo Fighters.</description>
