The Latin Kings are terrorizing neighborhoods all over the US, but are doing their best "ethnic cleansing" effort in East LA. Unfortunately, when I noticed your "Vulvan gesture" (above), I immediately thought of the hand signal by The Latin Kings, which looks eerily similar.
