Hey, another Tom Lehrer fan! And citing one of his more obscure songs to boot!
By the way, there’s a great CD collection of his stuff (including live recordings) available on Amazon (”The Remains of Tom Lehrer”). It’s a mark of his genius that most of his satire holds up so well after nearly half a century (”Who’s Next?”, “National Brotherhood Week”, “New Math”, etc.). And he was definitely politically uncorrect before it was cool to be politically uncorrect (”In Old Mexico”, “The Old Dope Peddler”, “The Vatican Rag”, “Be Prepared”, “Smut”, “I Want to Go Back to Dixie”). ..bruce..
