The problem is that this mobile health bus tests only Rep Norton who does neither use drug nor have sex w/ bi-sexual men,…But, It does not come to Pa Ave NW & 19 or/and F & 18 street to est out door men & women who are dealing with drug needle addicted in line (food line) every day. This group of people do not want to give up their rights & come back plans just to violate or conspire to violate of US constituion and empower US political miscalculation. My e-mails to this screening mobile health bus are still unanswered with virtually no attempt to test voluntarily some of these human beings. It is not about power or empowerment of one person or two it is about our safety. Why? you will deal with them in the store, park, street, corner,.. unknowingly and unwillfully something deadly may take place.

A month ago, a GWU student ( wheeler, thanks for this e-mail), did invite me to have this needed HIV test with them. I am glad to know this result. I was not plaesed to find only young adult girls in the room. I was the oldest person in that signing room, like a teacher with studetns. Why men and 25 plus adults do not care about their health is still this question I have yet to answer
Thank you GWU students for hosting me anfd the big backpack in December
Arthur Mboue, MBA, JD for this longevity focus. (yes, helen or politico-einstein will tell you that she has this power to backpack anyone for almost 8 years, in Iran or USA w/o orientation, give me a break)
