I have to disagree with this characterization of Snow at the Press Club. He didn't grill the press, and ceratainly didn't "turn the tables." I watched the entire piece, and Snow was remarkably friendly, candid, and non-confrontational. As a critic of this Administration, it was new to actually get the feeling Snow was being sincere; I doubt the WhiteHouse approved of everything he said. He made several open references to the Administration's tactics in manipulating the press, all in candor. In additon, he shared with reporters personal stories of his family life, and others did in kind. It wasn't some sort of cross-fire feeling of tention in the air.
