   When Primary Day comes along, the hype gets kind of indiscriminate.

   For example, I received an automated phone call at home this morning from a member of the Maryland legislature who is a candidate for Alternate Delegate to the Republican National Convention in that state’s 1st Congressional District, seeking to disavow his printed-on-the-ballot affiliation with Rudy, and ask for my vote.

   This may wash with some people - but as I am a candidate for the same office in the same district myself, he will not receive my support.
